A mindful massage isn’t really like anything else. It’s not quite standard ‘therapeutic’ work and it’s not an ordinary ‘relaxation massage’. It’s that sweet, magical place in-between. It’s meditative and intentional. The priority is you, and what you need in a given moment. If we can slow down, sink in, and melt away some tension, that’s what we’ll do. We weave in breath work, mindfulness, and magic as you please.

I created A L C H E M Y mindful massage to bring you back into your body, quiet your mind, and support you restore deep balance. Each 90-minute session is bespoke, blending techniques such as swedish massage, remedial therapy, hot stones, passive stretching, and breath work to meet your body’s unique needs.

Whether you’re after full-body relaxation, focused work on areas of tension, or a deeply grounding abdominal or head massage, this is your time. I work slowly, intuitively, and rhythmically - allowing tension to melt, breath to deepen, and your whole being to soften.

Expect soft linen, organic oils, soothing music, birdsong by day, candles by night, and warmth. Afterward, enjoy a herbal tea and a little treat as you transition gently back into your day. Clients often say they feel “next-level good”—lighter, clearer, and more deeply restored than they thought possible.

I love nurturing clients throughout pregnancy, and into the postpartum period and beyond. For newborn mothers, you’re in safe hands: I’m certified as a pregnancy and postpartum massage practitioner and I am qualified to teach baby massage safely. A mother massage is the perfect tonic for anxiety, stress, exhaustion, and common aches and pains as well as a chance to slow down and connect in.
