Online somatic coaching is a conversational, body-led practice that invites you to slow down, turn inward, and work with what’s alive emotionally, physically, and relationally.

Rather than solving from the mind alone, we include the body as a source of insight, regulation, and quiet truth. Sessions are reflective, practical, and attuned.

This work is especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, at a crossroads, or longing to relate to yourself (and others) with more presence, clarity, and heart.

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in consent and deep listening. I don’t diagnose, fix, or direct. Instead, I support you to attune to your body, listen to your heart, and discern what feels true. We move at a pace that honours your capacity. Your intuition is not bypassed here. Sessions unfold through curiosity and exploration of what wants to be known.
