Intimate gatherings for embodied exploration

Alchemy day retreats offer time away from the demands of everyday life. A true chance to pause, listen inward, and explore embodied living in community.

These gatherings are gently guided and spacious by design. They invite curiosity rather than performance and offer a grounded way to explore aliveness alongside others.

All practices in a day retreat are offered as invitations, with encouragement to follow your own pace and comfort. Pleasure is explored here as a capacity and relationship, not something to be produced or delivered.

Seasonal retreats

Saturday, 27 February 2027: Presence
Awareness, attention, settling the nervous system.

Our modern lives pull us in a hundred directions. Presence is an invitation to come home to yourself. Through mindfulness, breath, movement and embodied awareness, we'll gently quiet the noise, reconnect with our bodies and rediscover the calm that already exists beneath the busyness. Presence is the foundation for everything else.

Saturday, 22 May 2027: Pleasure
Receptivity, sensation, joy, responsiveness to life.

Pleasure is far more than sexuality. It is our capacity to experience joy, aliveness, beauty and nourishment in everyday life. Together we'll explore the anatomy of pleasure, self-compassion, sensory awareness and the simple practices that help us reconnect with what feels genuinely good for our bodies, minds and hearts.

Saturday, 28 August 2027: Power
Choice, boundaries, agency, self-trust.

True power isn't about control - it's about knowing yourself. This retreat explores boundaries, self-trust, confidence, desire and authentic expression. Through reflection, embodied practices and meaningful conversation, you'll strengthen your inner authority and reflect on how you could move through life with greater clarity and intention.

Saturday, 20 November 2027: Play
Movement, creativity, expression, curiosity.

Many of us have forgotten how to play. This joyful retreat invites curiosity, creativity, laughter and lightness back into our lives. Together we'll explore movement, imagination, connection and spontaneity, remembering that play isn't frivolous - it is an essential ingredient for wellbeing, resilience and wholehearted living.

“I’ve been asking Becs to host these day retreats for ages. I’m so glad the time is finally right. This woman has a special ability when it comes to holding space and bringing women together.”
