Online somatic coaching is a conversational, body-led practice that supports you to slow down, reconnect with your nervous system, and work with what’s alive for you emotionally, physically, and relationally.

Rather than problem-solving from the mind alone, we gently include the body as a source of insight, regulation, and truth. Sessions are practical, reflective, and attuned, supporting you to build self-trust, capacity, and choice in everyday life.

This work is especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, at a crossroads, or wanting to relate to yourself (and others) with more presence and clarity.

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in nervous-system awareness and consent. I don’t diagnose, fix, or direct. I support you to listen to your own body, clarify what matters, and move forward in a way that feels sustainable and true. Sessions are shaped by your intentions and unfold at a pace that honours your body and nervous system.
