Mindful massage

An Alchemy Mindful Massage isn’t really like anything else. It’s not quite standard ‘therapeutic’ work and it’s not an ordinary  ‘relaxation massage’. It’s that sweet, magical place in-between. It’s meditative and intentional. The priority is you, and what you need in a given moment. If we can slow down, sink in, and melt away some tension, that’s what we’ll do. We weave in breathwork, mindfulness, and magic as you please.

Monthly circles

Alchemy Monthly Circles are safe, sensitive, exploratory, a little playful, and enriching. I hold the space for you to show up with courage and curiosity. You set your own intentions and have sovereignty over your own experiences, within the container of a caring and tender-hearted circle. This is our time to come together to share, connect, and listen to either other’s stories. I love facilitating these circles and seeing how they flow and what unfolds for each person. Starting 2025.

Writing prompts

From 2025, I’ll share weekly musings and writing prompts for people wanting a gentle nudge, curious about journaling, or seeking a little connection. I’m trained as a trauma-sensitive writing guide, and currently developing a course for people wanting to find their voice, heal their stories, and lean into different narratives and ways of being - in their own time, and in their own way. Please contact me if you’d like to join the wait list for my STORY ALCHEMY course.

Seasonal retreats

Let’s mark the end of one season and the beginning of another together. I’m looking to host seasonal retreats on the beautiful Kāpiti Coast, and for them to become a regular Alchemy offering. Let's expand our capacity and compassion for self and others, set clear intentions, do a little digging, and drink up the spaciousness and spirit of a retreat setting. Share your interest and retreat wish-list with me today. Starting 2025.

“I didn’t realise how stuck in overwhelm I was. What Bec does is special. Her massages are so good, and the way she holds space is healing and kind.”
